ABOUT ME
Alice is a dedicated counselor with over a decade of experience in supporting individuals, families, and couples through life’s complex challenges. Known for her warmth and empathy, Alice’s practice is rooted in attachment theory, neuroscience, and mindfulness, empowering clients to better understand their struggles, uncover their needs, and work toward meaningful change with clarity and confidence.

Specializing in adoption support, Alice has a deep passion for assisting birth and adoptive parents as they navigate the emotional journey of adoption, offering a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space to address their unique experiences.
She is also deeply committed to helping clients on family-building paths, including IVF, assisted reproduction, and support through infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss. She recognizes each family’s journey as distinct, providing tailored care to honour this.

Alice's background also includes extensive work with Indigenous communities, bringing a culturally relevant, trauma-informed approach to her practice, informed by training with Indigenous elders.

Alice finds immense purpose in helping clients through their personal journeys, assisting them to navigate challenges, rediscover their strengths, and feel truly heard and empowered to move forward with confidence.
